A story... Alma was finally old enough to have a puppy! Mom insisted "You must be responsible for his behavior!" So Alma named him Hector, and together they worked on the potty training.
Mom was washing dishes in the kitchen when she heard Alma exclaim from the next room "Oh heck!" Mom chuckled, she thought Alma was trying to get a handle on her cussing. But Alma was just responding to Hector, with another puddle to clean up! Alma loves Hector so much that she could just squeeze the stuffing out of him.
Alma would also look charming as a black doll.
Alma & Hector now have 'soul mates', Stanley & Lulu!
